About Me
Part French, part German, I grew up in the French sector of West Germany.
My move to West-Berlin coincided with the Fall of the Berlin Wall.
After 5 years in Berlin, in 1995 I moved to London, and 3 years later to Paris, where I lived for 7 years. I studied at Bath University and later graduated with a PhD from Warwick University.
In January 2011 I returned to Berlin and briefly worked at Berlin’s Holocaust Foundation. I then worked as an archival researcher on two documentaries about Weimar Germany.
By 2015 I started working as a private tour guide for Berlin and Potsdam.
Additionaly, I have contributed a number of essays to various publications.
Most recently to “Thomas Mann’s Los Angeles”, edited by Benno Herz and Nikolai Blaumer.
