GuideYourTrip is a website created by a group of friends with a passion for traveling the world.
We love this quote from Saint Augustine: ” The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page of it “.

What is the purpose of the site?
In our experience, it’s not easy to find a good tour guide.
A large number of sites offer travel guides, but we are the only ones to put travelers in touch with tour guides completely free of charge and without registration.
GuideYourTrip makes it quick and easy.
Everything is 100% free, and contact is made directly with the guides.
GuideYourTrip’s primary aim is to facilitate exchanges between tourists and tour guides.
This site aims to be a meeting place for guides from all over the world.

Questions asked by tourists

Who are the guides on the site?
All guides on GuideYourTrip have registered via a form and have accepted the general conditions of use.
The guide can visit any part of the world.

As a tourist, is the site free?
The site is 100% free for tourists and tour guides.
Payment for the tour is made between the guide and the tourist.

Are the guides on the site certified?
When registering, guides indicate whether or not they are certified.
This declaration is made on honor and is indicated on his personal page.
The guide also sends us his official guide card, which we can validate.

Can I contact the guide directly?
Yes, it’s the basis of the site. All guides can be contacted directly and free of charge using all the contact details on their dedicated page (email, telephone, web, Facebook ….).

Are the guides’ contact details updated?
We are unable to check the validity of the contact details provided by the guides on a day-to-day basis.
We ask them to inform us of any change or cessation of activity.

Can GuideYourTrip intervene in the event of a dispute?
As stated in article 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Use for Tourists
GuideYourTrip is not contractually involved in the tour process. He has no responsibility whatsoever for the course of the visit at any level. The Tourist cannot take legal action against GuideYourTrip in the event of a dispute with the Guide.
However, we strongly urge him to contact us and explain the problems encountered, so that we can help him in his efforts and, if necessary, remove the guide from the site.

How can I leave a review of the guide?
We’ll be introducing this option soon and in the meantime you can leave a comment via the Google Business link.

I can’t find any guides for my travel destination?
Every day, we contact guides from all over the world or receive their application forms.
GuideYourTrip tries to make its range of destinations as wide as possible.

Simply fill in the registration form.

As a guide, is the site free?
The site is 100% free for tourists and tour guides.
Payment for the tour is made between the guide and the tourist.

How can I modify my personal page?
To modify your contact details or your presentation, please send us an e-mail to contact@guideyourtrip.com.

Can GuideYourTrip intervene in the event of a dispute with a tourist?
As stated in article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Use Guides
