I like to discover the history through the details, such as the colors in the ancient art, the secrets of numerology in the architecture of my amazing land.
The numbers and symbols are rooted in the night of the times, even if the most ancestral secret and never unveiled of my land remains the recipe for the true ‘Piadina Romagnola’.
