My name is Flavio, and I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro. I am a Gastronomy Graduate and since 2002, I have worked in restaurants and hotels around the world (USA, France, Spain, Curaçao), always welcoming, serving, and in contact with people from all over the world.
I am passionate about learning and knowing about stories, traditions, cultures, and obviously gastronomy, which makes me want to share everything that is best about our city.
