I have lived in the Washington DC area all my life.
I became a guide in 1989 and have loved it.
I learned from one of the best guides in the city, my father.

For 18 years I was also an educator. I still get a thrill when young people on my tour have that proverbial light bulb coming on moment.
That’s why I love what I do.

As a tour guide, my hope is to connect the past with the present.
I also hope to bring the flavor of my life seeing this city and area evolve to what it is today and what it might be in the future.
