My name is Fernand Ouellet.
I have been a certified tour guide in Quebec City for over twelve years.
Since 2011, I have worked in the tourism industry in various roles.
I am passionate about adventure travel, foreign languages, and history. So when I’m at home, I offer tours of this amazing old city of Quebec, the only fortified city north of Mexico City.
