What is the purpose of the site?
From our experience, we have found that it is not easy to find a good tourist guide.
A large number of sites offer travel guides, but we are the only ones to connect travelers with tourist guides, completely free of charge and without registration.
With GuideYourTrip, it’s simple and fast. Contact is made directly with the guides.
The first goal of GuideYourTrip is to facilitate the exchange between tourists and tour guides.
This site aims to be a meeting place where guides from all over the world are centralized.

Questions asked by tourists

Who are the guides on the site?
All the guides on GuideYourTrip have registered via a form and have accepted the general conditions of use.
The registered guide can carry out his visits in any part of the world.

As a tourist, is the site free?
The site is 100% free for tourists as well as for tour guides.
Payment for the visit is made directly between the guide and the tourist.

Are the guides on the site certified?
When registering, the guide indicates whether or not he is certified.
This declaration is made on his honor and is indicated to you on his personal page.
In addition, the guide sends us his official card, which we can validate.

Can we contact the guide directly?
Yes, this is the basis of the site. Any guide can be contacted free of charge and directly by all the contact details on his dedicated page (email, telephone, web, Facebook, etc.).

Are the guides’ contact details updated?
We cannot check the validity of the contact details provided by the guides on a daily basis.
We ask them to inform us of any changes or cessation of activity.

In the event of a dispute with the guide, can GuideYourTrip intervene?
As stated in Article 3 of the General Terms of Use for Tourists, GuideYourTrip does not take any contractual part in the running of the tours.
It has no responsibility for the running of the tour at any level. The tourist will not be able to take legal action against GuideYourTrip in the event of a dispute with the guide.
However, we strongly ask them to contact us and explain the problems encountered in order to help them in their efforts and, if necessary, to remove the guide from the site.

How can I leave reviews for the guide?
You can leave a review via the link Google Business.

I can’t find guides that match my travel destination?
We contact guides from all over the world every day or receive their registration forms.
GuideYourTrip tries to make its range of destinations as wide as possible.

How can I register as a guide?
You just need to fill out the registration form.

As a guide, is the site free?
The site is completely free for tourists as well as tour guides. There is no commission or additional costs to be expected. Guides will only be required to subscribe to an unlimited subscription. Payment for the tour is made directly between the guide and the tourist, without an intermediary.

How can I modify my personal page?
To modify your contact details or your presentation, send us an email to contact@guideyourtrip.com.

In the event of a dispute with the tourist, can GuideYourTrip intervene?
As indicated in article 4 of the General conditions of use Guides, GuideYourTrip does not take contractual part in the progress of the visits.
It has no responsibility for the progress of the visit at any level. The guide cannot take legal action against GuideYourTrip in the event of a dispute with the tourist.
